Designed for residents who are beginning to need additional guidance and memory support, Flourish Engage is a structured 5-day-a-week program led by specially trained Personal Assistance Coordinators (PACs). The program provides a small-group setting with an evidence-based curriculum tailored to residents’ interests and need.
